Past Food to Future Food

Holidays are here!  As usual I’ve been saying the same thing everyone says every year, “I can’t believe its the holidays already.  This year went by so fast!”  I say it every year and it’s so annoying!  I’ve been eating lots of fun foods lately.  I’ve been so lazy to cook that I keep eating out.  Here are some highlights:

I did get to make one thing recently, mainly out of starvation.  This is a vegan cornmeal crust pizza with heirloom tomatoes, spinach, basil, daiya cheese.

For this upcoming week I am planning to catch up on my cooking by trying out vegan versions of some traditional Irish dishes such as:


Christmas Pudding w/ Irish Whiskey Sauce

Summery Flummery

Dublin Coddle

Spinach Roulade
